// Philosophy

Good design is a utility, it should work hard, scale effortlessly, and solve real problems.

I've worked across healthcare, enterprise technology, municipal government, environmental services, and real estate because great design thinking doesn't belong to any one industry. The strategic challenge of making compost feel premium and the challenge of making a $1B government RFP feel human are the same problem: find the truth, strip everything else, make it impossible to ignore.

That range is an asset. I learn domains fast, I ask the questions insiders stopped asking years ago, and I build things that hold up after I leave. I show up with my sleeves rolled up. I've built creative departments from scratch, managed six-figure budgets, and my heart is still in the craft. I'm not just here to direct the vision. I'm here in the tools, sweating the pixels, and delivering.

What I'm focused on now is finding the right company where I can combine that range with the tools that are reshaping what a single creative director can accomplish. At Equitide, a two-person team is currently producing the foundational brand, web, and content output of a traditional five-person department, because I've built the AI workflows that make that possible. For a mission-driven organization, that same leverage means a lean team can produce at a scale that used to require a much larger budget. AI-accelerated design, content, and process: not a gimmick, but a genuine multiplier for whatever the mission demands.
