Cognizant Workday Practice (FKA Collaborative Solutions) Manager, Graphic Design 2019 – 2025

  • Brand Leadership: Spearheaded a major brand refresh as the organization transitioned from Stanford University to Stanford Healthcare Inc., ensuring seamless brand continuity and market recognition during a critical corporate shift

  • Campaign Management: Directed the creation, management, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on donor recruitment and retention. Used analytics and metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive operational success

    • Art directed the company's successful 2013 proposal bid to retain its City of Oakland service contract, of which won Waste Management over $1 billion in future revenues

    • Conceived, designed and project managed the Davis Street Master Plan, an massive scaled infographic exhibit that was a key component to a $500 million investment to create a world-leading Resource Recovery Complex

    • Conceived and designed a new brand of sustainable closed-loop yard care solutions, WM Earthcare

  • Standardized Communications: Designed the standard for waste and recycling service guides, which were adopted and deployed across numerous Northern California and Nevada cities, counties, and districts

    • Saved Waste Management and City of Oakland over $75K per year in design, printing and mailing fees by bringing design and print management in-house
