The Values Wheel: Visualizing Corporate Culture for Collaborative Solutions
The Challenge
Collaborative Solutions built its reputation on a culture-first philosophy, yet its core company values existed only as text. There was no visual "North Star" to unify these principles for recruitment or employee engagement. I was tasked with creating a definitive visual identity for these values that felt as dynamic and integrated as the culture itself.
The Creative Strategy
I developed the "Values Wheel"—a circular infographic system that served as a metaphor for the firm’s continuous momentum and sustainability.
Visual Unity: I utilized the full brand color palette to represent the diversity of the team, assigning specific hues and custom icons to each core value.
C-Suite Collaboration: I led a feedback loop with the executive leadership team, ensuring the visual metaphors aligned perfectly with the firm’s long-term vision.
Systemic Thinking: The design was engineered to be "modular"—working just as effectively as a 2-inch drink coaster as it did as a 4-foot office installation.
The Result
The Values Wheel was unveiled by the executive team during a global Town Hall and immediately became the centerpiece of the firm’s internal and external branding.
Widespread Adoption: The graphic was integrated into the company website, "About Us" sales collateral, and recruitment materials.
Multimedia Expansion: Working with a local videographer, I helped developed a video that further explains the values with the Value Wheel as the centerpiece.
Physical Presence: The design was produced as 4'x4' offset-mounted wall art for the four major global hubs, and physical coasters were sent to every employee to foster a sense of belonging.
Executive Recognition: The project received a personal commendation from the COO for successfully distilling complex cultural pillars into a single, iconic image.
