After two years of digital fatigue, our 2022 return to Workday Rising wasn't about "Features & Benefits"—it was about Community.

The Design
We built the "Power of Connection" theme around a massive, logo-shaped mosaic. Composed of hundreds of photos from our 2019 event, the installation acted as a visual "Welcome Home" for long-term clients. We maintained our signature purple and neon-green palette to ensure immediate brand recall in a crowded hall.

The Impact
The emotional resonance translated into hard data. We secured 200 high-quality leads—exceeding our goal by 20%—and provided the visual momentum that capped off the year with our acquisition by Cognizant.
