The Transformation Wave: Merging Rebellious Energy with AI-Driven Corporate Scale

The Evolution
Following the acquisition of Collaborative Solutions, the challenge shifted: How do we bring "rebellious" energy to a global leader? For Workday Rising 2024, we needed to marry Cognizant’s scale with a cutting-edge AI narrative.

The Concept
We moved from "Rockstar" to "Visionary." I developed a visual language centered on The Transformation Wave — using fluid, abstract data visualizations to represent the momentum of AI. The "Ignite Your Business" theme used a high-contrast application of Cognizant’s palette to break the "sea of blue" typically found at tech expos.

The Win
We surpassed the 175-lead goal and were internally recognized for outshining the heavy-hitting Titanium sponsors through superior visual storytelling and brand clarity.
